Build the AI agents, retrieval pipelines, and vector-backed systems that power our products. You'll take ideas from initial prototype to reliable production systems running under real-world load, data variety, and cost constraints.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship multi-step AI agents and tool-use pipelines for production environments
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems: chunking strategies, embeddings, retrieval precision, and evaluation
- Work with vector databases to index, manage, and query embeddings at scale
- Own the reliability, latency, and operational efficiency of the models and pipelines you deploy
- Develop systematic evaluation suites to objectively benchmark model performance and regression

Build and ship full-stack features across our products using MongoDB, Express, React, and Node. You'll have end-to-end ownership across database design, server-side APIs, and responsive web interfaces.

- Build end-to-end features from database schema design to responsive UI on the MERN stack
