Hunarmind Technologies builds and delivers intelligent software applications designed to facilitate smarter work, automate workflows, optimize productivity, and accelerate learning processes.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to register for an account. By registering, you agree to:

• Promptly notify us if you discover or suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

• Our Property:All software code, algorithms, website design, text, graphics, logos, and service marks associated with our Services (“Hunarmind Content”) are owned by or licensed to Hunarmind Technologies. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
• Your Inputs and Outputs:As between you and Hunarmind, you retain ownership of all original text, documents, code, or materials that you submit or upload to our Services (“Inputs”). Additionally, subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own all text, data, code, or media generated for you by our Services (“Outputs”).
• Granted License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy our software code.

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Abuse, bypass, or probe security measures, access control lists, or API endpoint boundaries.
• Bypass AI safety guardrails, output filters, or submit inputs designed to cause malicious prompts or system jailbreaks.
• Run web crawlers, scrapers, indexers, or bots designed to extract code, model parameters, or user data.
• Transmit spam, malware, viruses, trojans, or logic bombs designed to disrupt operations.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. HUNARMIND TECHNOLOGIES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, TIMELY, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES. ANY OUTPUT FROM OUR AI SYSTEMS SHOULD BE VERIFIED INDEPENDENTLY FOR ACCURACY AND RELIABILITY; WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE OUTPUTS GENERATED BY AI WILL BE CORRECT, COMPLETE, OR UNBIASED.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hunarmind Technologies and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

These Terms and your use of the Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

We reserve the right to revise or modify these Terms at our discretion. If we make material modifications, we will update the “last updated” date at the top of these Terms and notify registered users through email or in-app announcements.
